    You are the HERO,

    waiting for you with love,

Well let us hope that the discussion of the ‘history’ of Lebanese Jews would set the stage for paying more attention to the PRESENT. Sleeping in the abyss of the past doesn’t do anyone any good. We all cherish the past and feel nostalgic but nostalgia should not become a way of life…

I wish I could be at the talk — but let us hope that the next one would be right here, in Lebanon.

Make sure Aaron that if we, Lebanese people, attended the event or not, our hearts will be with you.

You are doing a great job, really..

  4. Mitzidupree Said,

Good luck, and best of wishes. Hopefully the Jewsih community in Lebanon, would have its importance back. And people will not continue living in “fear” anymore…

    Well done.

congratulations for this great site. i just want to know if the jews everybodies talking about are: lebanese of jewish faith or jews of lebanon.i think it should be clariefied cause there is a big differennce.
if its the first answer,i will be the first one to go back to lebanon and welcome my lebanese brothers of jewish religion.if they consider themselves as a nation (judaism)….i think they exclude themselves from the lebanon nation or any nation except the jewish state.i hope and pray that my fellow lebanese of jewish religion are proud lebanese and proud jews…thats how i see it at least for me:a lebanese of christian faith not a christian of lebanon.

    Hey Aaron,

Excellent job tonight in Montreal, and excellent initiative getting this thing rolling.
I wish you & those helping you nothing but the best moving forward, and I’m confident you can find even more support as you continue raising awareness.

Hopefully we can all look at this as a starting point to reach peace among ourselves as Lebanese first and foremost.

    Keep this going,
    Ali D (META)

  13. Fadi M. Said,

    February 9, 2007 @ 9:50 pm

This is an impressing speech. I think it shouldn’t be an issue to return home, you have the rights as much as any other citizen .Religion should never be an obstacle in a democratic country Like Lebanon.

Wish you all the best. We’re backing you up for an event in Beirut and i will be the first one to go to Lebanon to attend it.

  14. Cedra Said,

    February 23, 2007 @ 3:53 pm

that is really impressive ,God be with you ,can’t wait for soon events here in lebanon
    I have a question 4 the administrator:
why the jewish people in lebanon ,have been hiding from us for a long time ? i mean it’s time to show urself ,we should be proud of you ,we will support you as long as you stay lebanese.
So when you are goin to show more of you so that we could all share our views about issues that we all care about?
