JOL.ORG Featured in An-Nahar Newspaper Beirut
May 17th, 2007 at 4:33 pm
Please check the complete feature story including many new photos, and an unprecedented letter from the editor titled “I want to know the Jews of Lebanon”. The article by Ghassan Hajjar is defined as nothing short of compassionate and respectful. A special thank you to journalist Marie-Claire Feghali, without her humanitarianism and her dedication this would have never been possible. And ultimately, thank you to the entire An-Nahar newspaper and staff, Lebanon’s most prestigious, and Mr. Ghassan Tueni, the patriarch of this historic newspaper.

since i started entering this site i’ve noticed that MANY people talk about jews.. this is nice..
and i notice that more and more people are interested in this matter everyday..
with the discussion forum i’d like to talk to lebanese jews (especially livin in leb).. coz i feel responsible for them as for any other Lebanese… and i want to know their circumstances and hopefully make them feel more comfortable by showin my support to them..
this means that the Lebanese Jews r not forgotten.. and i think we r witnessin the beginnin of a rennaisance..
